Recipe: Beulah's Favorite Cake

You might be wondering who Beulah is huh?  Well, Beulah was my grandma.  Beulah could make some mean cakes, cobblers and pies! her favorite cake....

1 box of Duncan Hines Classic Butter Golden Cake mix (can substitute Yellow cake mix)
4 eggs
1/2 cup Sugar
2/3 cup Vegetable Oil
1 tspn Pure Vanilla Extract
8oz Sour Cream (I use light sour cream)

Pre-Heat oven to 325.

Add all the ingredients except the sour cream into your mixer and mix well on a low-medium speed.  Fold in the sour cream until well incorporated.

YUM.... feel free to have a little one will tell. :)

Grease and Flour your bundt pan.  I used spray Pam.

Pour the yummy batter into prepared bundt pan. Place in pre-heated oven at 325 for 45 minutes.

Let cool completely (very important or you'll have a lousy lookin' me...I know) :)

Thanks! I brought that cake into the office today and it was about gone by the time I set it down! The bundt pan is the Heritage Bundt pan from Williams Sonoma. It's pretty fab!
